The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff members were helpful. The location was convenient, within walking distance to several places we wanted to visit.

The food was great and the staff were welcoming and efficient.

The breakfast was excellent with hot items, waffles and cheese, excellent service. The location was comfortable for traveling around Windsor, close to Wineries, town center and grocery store.

The hotel staff was not so great.

Room with balcony is well-appointed and updated, featuring modern design elements, everything was excellent.

We were running a very busy schedule. We only had time to sleep at the hotel. We were told it had pool fitness room etc. but we did not see them. The best part of our stay was the efficiency of the staff. Yes we would come back.

The hotel has nice, brand-new rooms in a pretty area, close to everything. The location is convenient for walking to nearby places. The staff are professional, extremely helpful, and offer early check-in services.

Spacious rooms that were recently updated. The bathroom is top-notch, and you'll find a nice bathtub with good drainage 🛁.

Conveniently located near a grocery store, a bunch of fast-food spots, and plenty of wineries to check out. Plus, they were cool with letting us check in early! 🍷

The location is perfectly comfortable, just a short walk away from Pages Books on the Green. The room I was given was well-appointed and recently refurbished with a soaking tub, a balcony, and a new mattress.

We appreciated the hotel for a large family gathering and a varied age group. The facilities were excellent for our older and handicapped members. Breakfast was well done and a great time for family visiting. It was close to Windsor Green area, where some of us walked often. Staff were very helpful and obliging.

I had a good experience at this hotel and will definitely be back. Everything was excellent - the newly decorated rooms were fantastic, and the breakfast was incredibly enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly. My room came with a fridge, coffee maker, and a seating area, which I loved. The bathtub was a plus for me. The location was absolutely perfect, situated in a residential area, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the local town square, as well as bars and restaurants.
